1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. feta, drained
10 pepperoncini peppers
8 cloves garlic
3 tbs. capers, drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. Tobasco
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbs. freshly chopped parsley
Put all ingredients in a food processor (press garlic, chop pepperoncinis, mince parsley) and blend for 30-60 seconds until well mixed and mostly smooth. The dip will not be completely smooth, due to the feta. Enjoy on sandwiches/wraps, with veggies, on crackers, or by the sinful spoonful!
This makes a lot of dip, if you're just using it to spread on sandwiches/wraps. Consider 1/4 of the recipe.
